I would like to know what are the duties or responsibilities or works that employees do in a school/university or an educational department about e-learning.

Beside designing, puting the data in the LMS(its database) and managing the learning components…..

Can you please explain more about exactly what do they do?

I should write at least about 3-4 sentences about what do they do to make e-learning content usable for students or the users who are related to e-learning.

I have read alot about e-learning but haven’t found what are the responsibilities of the people who work and take part in this industry.
