When in doubt, do a grammar check in Word or Open Office Writer
I say YES to the comma.
To be safe, change the sentence structure:
Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s attendance was 13 and 8, respectively.
OR
The attendance on Tuesday was 13 and on Wednesday it was 8.
etcetera.
