Can someone tell me what some social events at highschool are?
I am in high school and need to know what homecoming, grad night, and w/e else goes on. I wished i had someone in my family that knew and i am to embarrassed to ask my friends at school so can someone on the web tell me please?

Homecoming is a night where the football players are featured at the game (often old players, therefore ‘homecoming’), and then a dance either after or the next night… it might be a formal or semi-formal dance.
We didn’t have grad night, so I’m not sure what that is.
Football, basketball, etc games are always great social events.

Homecoming – It is a celebration dedicated towards the last home game in high school. There is definitely the Homecoming dance which most of the time is not a formal. In some other schools, there are dress up weeks, pep rallies, homecoming parades and Homecoming carnival to accompany this event.
Prom- This is a dance for mostly the Juniors and Seniors at the end of the year. If you’re a sophomore or freshman, you have to be invited by an upperclass man. Most of the time, this is a formal dance.
Grad Night – This occurs after graduation and is either a school festivity or parties hosted by students. Basically, it’s a night to have fun.
Senior Week, Senior Spirit, etc. – These are special events just for SENIORS, and are just field trips and entertainment.
