Can someone help me out?

So I had my lunch in my back pack today and had pop in it, I don’t know how but the pop someone burst and all the pop… I guess I should say soda, anyway it spilled. Luckily I had it in a plastic bag (all out of brown bags) but some still spilled out, it was in a different pocket than where my books were so every book was ok… except my a.p chem book which is I think 140 bucks.

On almost every page near the bottom of the page, you can feel that little bumpy thing, so I was just wondering if theres anyway to make it any less bumpy, none of the pages are stuck together so thats a good thing, its just the bumpiness.. and a little stain but I don’t care about that. I have until June to return it so is there anyway to make the damage a little bit better.

Parents usually will check the condition of the book at the end of the year so they’ll just skim through it, its just that once they feel the bumpy part, they’ll know its water damage.

You could leave something really heavy on the pages and leave it their for a long time.
