Yes European history is taught in the US but it depends alot on the high school you go to because some schools don’t offer it. I took it in my second year of high school and it was called European history.

Mostly in schools it is American History and history of that state. The American history does include past wars, and other countries. My 5th grade studied all about the French War, Cortez, etc…but, unless you go to college and choose a specific course such as European History, schools don’t have it ..usually.

At my school sophomore year (10th grade) we have a class called world history. it starts with the Romans and we worked through to WW1. There was a good bit about Europe’s history in there but nothing really went into detail. I’m trying to remember what the main points were… french revolution, all the different theories on life and predestination and the Spanish Inquisition. serfdom and corrupt nobles, I can’t think of much else.

I take it that it was a rather uninformed question–don’t be offended, I have heard remarkably uninformed comments about other subjects as well.

Sometimes students will “study for a test”–and then, once the test/class is over, forget everything they were supposed to have learned..

Your friend may also have been attempting to give you a chance to show off your own knowledge about your country.

Yes it is, as much as we study any country. We learn a lot about it. It’s studied in world history. We don’t learn as much as about the USA but we are pretty well informed.

in case you help the form or very own weapons you in basic terms could be labeled a kinfolk terrorist. as long using fact the inhabitants blindly trusts the governments and have not have been given any way of being whistleblowers they are matters. Why do you think of even governments in the “loose” ecu do even in the event that they choose for in spite of the needs of the inhabitants? They be conscious of their voters are powerless.
