I originally learned to read at the early age of three he after watching everyone else in my family read, it made me want to read. Eventually I learned to read and I will share to you the miraculous story on how I became literate!

When I was two years old my mother would read to my brother who was four and just learning how to read. I would try to come in their room and they would kick me out because I would make to much noise. I then would listen in at the very crack of the door and I loved the stories she were reading. Everyday at night we both came in my moms room so she could read a book to us when I got kicked out for making to much noise I always listened in at the door. Then after story time we had to go to sleep. I never went to sleep but my mother thought I was and checked in after 30 minutes we were in the bed. When she went to sleep I would sneak in her room any try to memorize the book. After I did I would ask my mother if I would “read” to the family and she said yes. I didn’t know when to change the pages because I had the book memorized so I changed the page every two minutes. After 5 days of fake reading to the family on the 6th day they found out I really wasent reading because I had the book upside down. But I didn’t give up and I didn’t quite I keep trying.

Additionally instead of going to story time with my mother and brother I would sit in my room and pretend to read books I couldn’t even read carry for more then ten seconds. I Sometimes asked my mom to read a book to me . I once got a tape recorder for the holidays when my mother would read to my brother I would place the tape recorder in her room. I then would listen to the tape when the were done . My mom taught me the sound each letter made and it was history.

At that instance I picked up a book in my mom`s closet about tiger woods. The first word in the story was Tiger Woods. I Begin to sound out the first letter in the word which was t , t makes a te sound I did this with word. Then would connect the sounds each letter made I would some time have difficulties when their were silent letters. But I would tell my mom that this was didn’t sound right once she would do this on my own I would find out if a certain letter was silent or not . It would take me about 3 minutes to sound out each word and put it on paper but i then learned to do it in my head. Eventually I begin memorizing common words used through out books . Once I got the hang of it I would tell my mom that these books were to easy . It was a rule then in my household I must read one book per day and when I was three I was an okay reader but when I turned 4 hours I was a fluid prolific reader . When I was 5 and started kindergarten right when I walked in that room the teacher asked us did any of us knew how to read. I raised my hands proudly and was the only person in my class who knew how to read. And this is how I learned to read.

I originally learned to read at the age of three. While watching everyone else in my family read, it made me want to read too. Eventually I learned to read and I will share to you the miraculous story on how I became literate!

When I was but two years old, my mother would read to my older brother who was four, and just beginning to learn how to read. Curious, I would try to come into the room but was kicked out since I made so much noise. I was forced to listen between the doors crack, and yet, I loved the stories she read. Then after story time we would go to sleep, I would pretend to sleep when my mother came in to check on us. When I was sure my mother was asleep, I would sneak into her room and try to memorize the book. After nights of trying to memorize the book, I would ask my mother if I could “read” to the family and of course she said yes. I would pretend to read the book and change the pages every few minutes. After five days or so, they found out about my pretending to read since I had the book upside down. Even though my family had found out, I still kept trying to read, but really I wasn’t actually trying.

Eventually I stopped going to my mother’s room, to hear her read since I wanted to try myself. I would pretend to read though I couldn’t even carry the book for more than ten seconds. Over the holidays my mother had given me a tape recorder, which I would place in her room while she read to my brother and listen to it afterwards. My mother then taught me the different sounds of each letter and the rest is history.

At that instance I picked up a book in my mom’s closet about Tiger Woods, and slowly read it. The first word in the story was Tiger Woods. I began to sound out the first letter in the word which was t, t makes a te sound I did this with word. When I was able to sound out that part I connected the sounds each letter made and combined them. I had trouble sometimes when a silent letter came along, but I kept at it. I finally found out if a certain letter was silent or not. It would take me about 3 minutes to sound out each word and put it on paper but I then learned to do it in my head. Eventually I began memorizing common words used throughout books. Once I got the hang of it I would tell my mom that these books were too easy. It was a rule then in my household I must read one book per day and when I was three I was an okay reader, but when I turned four, I was a fluent prolific reader. When I was five and starting kindergarten, right when I walked in that room the teacher asked us did any of us knew how to read. Of course I raised my hand proudly and was surprisingly the only person in my class who knew how to read. This is story of how I learned to read.

Sorry if this wasn’t what you wanted.

WIN TEN (points) IF YOU SPELL CHECK MY VERY SHORT ESSAY?

I originally learned to read at the early age of three after watching everyone else in my family read. It made me want to read. Eventually I learned to read and I will share WITH you the miraculous story on how I became literate!

When I was two years old my mother would read to my brother who was four and just learning how to read. I would try to come in their room and they would kick me out because I would make TOO much noise. I then would listen in at the very crack of the door and I loved the stories she WAS reading. Everyday at night we both came in my moms room so she could read a book to us when I got kicked out for making TOO much noise I always listened in at the door. Then after story time we had to go to sleep. I never went to sleep but my mother thought I was and checked in after 30 minutes we were in the bed. When she went to sleep I would sneak in her room AND try to memorize the book. After I did I would ask my mother if I COULD “read” to the family and she said yes. I didn’t know when to change the pages because I had the book memorized so I changed the page every two minutes. After 5 days of fake reading to the family on the 6th day they found out I really WASN’T reading because I had the book upside down. But I didn’t give up and I didn’t QUIT I KEPT trying.

Additionally instead of going to story time with my mother and brother I would sit in my room and pretend to read books I couldn’t even read carry for more THAN ten seconds. I sometimes asked my mom to read a book to me . I once got a tape recorder for the holidays when my mother would read to my brother I would place the tape recorder in her room. I then would listen to the tape when THEY were done . My mom taught me TO sound each letter made and it was history.

At that instance I picked up a book in my moms closet about Tiger Woods. The first word in the story WAS Tiger Woods. I BEGAN to sound out the first letter in the word which was t , t makes a te sound I did this with word. Then would connect the sounds each letter made I would SOMETIMES have difficulties when THERE were silent letters. But I would tell my mom that this JUST didn’t sound right once she would do this on my own I would find out if a certain letter was silent or not . It would take me about 3 minutes to sound out each word and put it on paper but I then learned to do it in my head. Eventually I BEGAN memorizing common words used THROUGHOUT books . Once I got the hang of it I would tell my mom that these books were TOO easy . It was a rule then in my household I must read one book per day and when I was three I was an okay reader but when I turned 4 YEARS I was a fluid prolific reader . When I was 5 and started kindergarten right when I walked in that room the teacher asked us did any of us KNOW how to read. I raised my hands proudly and was the only person in my class who knew how to read. And this is how I learned to read.

A couple of mistakes. Fixed in this copy above.

Here you go… I even correct your punctuation and your grammar.

I originally learned to read at the early age of three after watching everyone else in my family read. They’re enthusiam made me want to read. Eventually I learned to read and I will share to you the miraculous story on how I became literate!

When I was two years old my mother would read to my brother who was four and just learning how to read at the time. I would try to come in their room and they would kick me out because I would make to much noise because I have tourette syndrome. I then would listen in at the very crack of the door and I loved the stories she were reading. My favorite stories were those about pirates and clowns. Everyday at night we both came in my mom’s room so she could read a book to us. I always was kicked out for making to much noise so I listened in at the door. Then after story time we had to go to sleep. I never went to sleep but my mother thought I was and checked in after 30 minutes we were in the bed. When she went to sleep, I would sneak in her room any try to memorize the book. After I did I would ask my mother if I would “read” to the family and she said yes. I didn’t know when to change the pages because I had the book memorized so I changed the page every two minutes. After 5 days of fake reading to the family on the 6th day they found out I really wasn’t reading because I had the book upside down. But I didn’t give up and I didn’t quit. I keep trying becauce I knew I could do it.

Instead of going to story time with my mother and brother, I would sit in my room and pretend to read books about fashion and fairies. Sometimes I would ask my mom to read a book to me. It was hard because I couldn’t even sit still for more then ten seconds. I once got a tape recorder for the holidays when my mother would read to my brother I would place the tape recorder in her room. I then would listen to the tape when they were done. My mom taught me the sound each letter made and it was history.

At that instance, I picked up a book in my mom’s forbidden closet about Tiger Woods. The first word in the story was Tiger. I began to sound out the first letter in the word which was t, t makes a “teh” sound I did this with word. Then would connect the sounds each letter made I would some time have difficulties when there were silent letters. But I would tell my mom that this was didn’t sound right once she would do this on my own I would find out if a certain letter was silent or not . It would take me about 3 minutes to sound out each word and put it on paper but I then learned to do it in my head. Eventually I begin memorizing common words used through out books. Once I got the hang of it I would tell my mom that these books were too easy. It was a rule then in my household I must read one book per day and when I was three I was an okay reader. By the time I was 4, I was a fluid, prolific reader . When I turned 5, I started kindergarten. Right when I walked in that room the grumpy teacher sternly asked us who knew how to read. I raised my both of my hands proudly! I was the only student in my class who knew how to read. Adversely, I was also the only one who could not use the bathroom by themself. But that doesn’t matter because this is the story of how I overcame my disability and how I learned to read.

The spelling is Okay. You’re good to go on the spelling. However, you might want to punctuate it a bit, like so :

1) in the first sentence of the first paragraph, you should put a comma after ‘brother’ .

2) in the second sentence of the first paragraph, you should put a comma after out.

3) I the fourth sentence of the first paragraph, you should put a period after ‘us’, and captalized the ‘w’ in when. You then should put a comma after ‘noise’.

those are only a few suggestions, it’s your choice to take the advice.
