why do people who already have graduated or has already a degree still pursue to study nursing?

where one goal is accomplished lies the birth of a desire to accomplish a new goal.
most people in the medical field have a passion for the topic. with medicine changing every day it could be that they are facinated and want to keep up with the new.
i dont think for most people it’s not about the money to pursue nursing or its not about the concern of the hard work to get a degree. some just love learning about what they can learn in the medical field. its what floats their boat.
