The information may very well be on the internet you just may not have worded your query in a manner that allowed it to be found.
After all it is just a machine that humans programmed and there is a lot of very intelligent humans putting programs and information up online every day.
Try re-wording your queries and using google. It does make a difference how you word the search.

It is not commonly known by them. A computer only knows what it is programmed (told) to know. In contrast to humans, who can have innate feelings. It is just a machine after all.
