The false answer there is letter c: Every integer is a whole number.

WHY?

Because whole numbers are the numbers starting from 0,1,2,3,4,5 and so on…means to say that the negatives like -1,-2,-3,etc are not included.

Integers include the positives and the negatives,,,

integers are 1,2,3,4 and so as -1,-2,-3,-4

get it?

An integer is anything positive or negative or zero that is a whole number…

an irrational number is anything that can’t be expressed as a ration of two integers… it repeats forever like pi for example

a rational number is an integer or a fraction can be a rational number

A whole number is quite simply a postive integer or zero.

So A is true

So B is true

So C is False because an integer can also be a negative number.

Hope that makes sense… I’ve just known this stuff since I was in high school. So its hard to put it down.. you just kinda know

B. is true… every integer is a rational integer since each integer n can be written as a ratio of two integers, namely n/1.

A. is a restatement of B.

C. is False, whole numbers are only non-negative thus -1 is an integer but not a whole number.

C is the correct answer because, the whole number is equal than the irrational number, if u look at the rules of the integer, u should see them in the back of ur text book, if u have one. i think that is the correct answer, also.
