How can I say this in 3rd person?
I’m writing a paper on the similiarities and differences of our society and the society in Fahrenheir 451. We’re not allowed to use 1st person and are supposed to avoid 2nd person. How can I write my thesis statement in 3rd person, without using our? It’ll be something like, “Fahrenheit 451 shows a society that is an exxagerated example of ours, because blah blah blah.”
I have no idea how to phrase this otherwise. Can you help?
