im doing an article on weight loss and staying healthy in school and i need a sucess story plz!!!!! it an be weight loss or staying in shape what did u do and how did u do it and how long or how do u stay healthy and in shape

Well, I am 19 years old and about 2 1/2 years ago I was 260 lbs. The trigger that got me to start trying to lose weight was when my parents flat out told me that they didnt want to be seen in public with me anymore. After that I was totally ready. It wasnt easy at all, I think I started eating about 1100 or 1200 calories a day of like 4 or 5 small meals and I would work out on the treadmill every other day for about 45 minutes, It wasnt easy, AT ALL. Especially in college when everyone else just drank beer and ate pizza. I am now about 145 lbs and still working at it. Dieting SUCKS, big time, but its kind of a part of my life now so I am just concentrating on trying to maintain now. Hope that helps!

im a tall girls and naturally have wide bones. i wasn’t fat just slightly chubby. i always wanted to look petite but everyone used to tell me becouse of my height i will always look huge and big. at 23 i started excersizing and within a year lost 15kg and today i look excatly like i wanted to be.

i dint go for any difficult stuff just aerobics, i feel great and my energy level is so high i do so manything in a day without getting tired that it sometimes amazes me.

i say if u don’t excersize u have no idea what u r missing.
