I think the word de’ in that form means he,she, it or you gave. It’s the second person singular preterit of the verb dar–to give. But I make so many mistakes that I’m no final authority.
You can see that I used an apostrophy in place of the diacritcial mark. To write proper Spanish you need a keyboard and to go to language and shift to Spanish.
