i didn’t and will never do this i need my knees for sports, but its a question i have for homework

You will bruise your knee most likely. It also depends on how many times “repeatedly” is, are we talking 10 or 1000? You also need to consider the distance between the knee and the point of release of the weight. Is the weight curved and/or padded or is it sharp?
GL and don’t hurt your knees!!!!!
2-What was once whole is now shattered into more pieces then what you started with.
3-If it hurt, you would know.
4-I would know something was wrong when I attempt to straighten out my leg.
5-Oh….if it didn’t hurt, don’t worry about it, the drugs will kill you anyway.
