What was the allied and axis power of world war II?
Favorite Answer
The “Big 3” Allied Powers: Soviet Union, U.S., and United Kingdom
FDR also considered China an allied power, and France before it was invaded (by Germany I believe) and after their liberation, was also considered an allied power.
Axis= Japan, Germany, Italy
Allies were UK, France, China, and USA were the major Countries, there were many others that fought and contributed to the war effort.
The Soviet Union was originally on the Axis side helping Germany invade Poland but later switched sides when German invaded them.
Axis Powers: Nazi Germany, Japan, Italy, main three, though, again, like the Allies, there were many others.
I can’t really give you a complete list because pretty much every nation on Earth was involved (hence the name, “World War”).
