The square root of 75 is = 5 * sqrt(3),
not 5 * sqrt(5) or 3 * sqrt(5).
So, what is the square root of 62?
62 = 2 * 31
Since 2 and 31 are prime numbers,
the square root of 62 = sqrt(62)
It cannot be simplified any further.
You can get a decimal approximation, which is:
7.874007874011811019685034448812

square root is what number multiplied by itself gives you the number ur working with. ex: square root of 25=5 (5×5=25). 8 is the square root of 64 (8×8=64). 62 does not have a whole # as a square root, and probably is a trick question. however if u must know my calculator says its 7.874007874001181019685034448812.

Mitch is right. Can’t be simplified any more. Otherwise you have to round which is 7.something.
