It’s between 80-90km. It also seperates the mesosphere from the troposphere.

The official definition of the boundary of the atmosphere is called the Karman line. It is a bit arbitrary, as there really isn’t a clear cutoff…but Karman though of his cutoff as the most applicable to aeronauts and astronauts. Karman defined it at an altitude at which a fixed wing aircraft would achieve orbit before it was able to supply enough speed to get enough lift. The calculation resulted in a number a bit less than 100 km. BUT, to make it an easy number to remember, he claimed exactly 100 km above sea level as the official edge.
