Cardiovascular fitness can be improved by doing activities which require you to breath faster and makes heart beat faster. Eg running
Endurance can be gained by doing a cardiovascular activity for an amount of time but increasing this about of time regularly. This helps you gain endurance. Eg running
Muscular strength can be achieved by weight training.
Flexibility can be gained by stretching your muscles regularly.
Power can be gained by practicing sports.

iv. cut the fats and sugars
v. don’t drink too much alcohol
