the difference? they’re both cold-blooded and rely on external surroundings for warmth (that’s why they bask). really, reptiles have thicker skin, don’t need to eat as much, can give live birth, don’t use water to lay eggs. amphibians can lay eggs in water and on land, need to eat more and they use the food they eat to add warmth (they ‘burn’ it.. in a sence) and their skin is thinner and need to absorb water, reptiles do not.
some turtles do have gills by their anus, but that doesn’t make them ‘more’ of an amphibian…
but the answer is frog.
and then, think about it. when you say reptile, you thinks of a lizard. when you say amphibian, you think of a frog. (or something of the like)
Conversely, all turtles, all snakes and all crocodiles are NOT amphibians.
snakes, well… I’m not sure but I don’t think a sea snake is an amphibian…
turtles I don’t think have gills…
but I’m not sure if a frog’s a lizard…
maybe it is =/
