UGH I’ve been stuck on this for hours!!!??! (English HW)?
Basically we’re doing gerunds and participles used as direct objects, subjects, obj. of prepositions, etc. Well how on earth does this work!?
How can you make a sentence with the word disdainful as an object of preposition???
How can you use disbelieving as a direct object?
How can disturbed be used as a predicate nominative??
And how can all of this be accomplished while still making sure there’re gerunds in the sentence!?
UGH.
HELP PLEASE
