Transformations in Coordinate Plane (Help math homework) ?

A figure has verticies at X (-1,1), Y (-2,3) and Z (0,4). Draw the image of XYZ after the translation (x,y)—–>(x-2,y) and a 180○(degree) rotation around X.

X has the point (-1,1) so translating( x-2,y) “meanin u add -2 to te x co-ordinate of the point and zero to the y ,leavin it the same” = (-3,1)

Y (-2,3) =(-4,3)

Z (0,4) = (-2,4)

then rotating 180 about X

X stays the same

Y becomes (-4 ,-3)

Z become (-2,-6)

try plotting the graph it makes it way easier 😀

Good Luck!!
