My thesis statement, should it be the first sentence of my introduction or the last sentence of my introduction? My essay is on the question is beauty genetic, or something learned? i already wrote my essay but where does the thesis go? here is an example of my intro, thesis is the first sentence. –>At a young age beauty is taught by the people around one; the culture, and the media. The perceptions of what beautiful is, is subjective to the source which it came from. The notion of what beauty is, taught by the previously mentioned sources, can either solidify or change what has been established.
