A few days ago
Well if you had asked me last year, I would have said something along the lines of a boring place that I’m forced to go to. Now I say, it’s still boring, but it’s a time for you and your friends to hang out and get the necessary education you need to further your lives. I like school (for the first time in my life since 2nd grade) and now I don’t just lay in bed when the alarm rings.

It’s a time for social and mental growth. Though some things taught are extremely unnecessary and “DUH!”-ish, school requires you to have a sense of responsibility and composure and the ability to follow directions, if nothing else.
