Ok here is a go at it.

A policeman is having lunch at a second floor restaurant, the restuarant has its windows open because it is springtime. The windows or floor to ceiling. (Maybe Spain or Mexico). As he looks out the window he sees someone pop open a thing of tic tacs and tilts there head back and pours several into his mouth. The person begins to choke…the policeman seeing this jumps out the nearest window grabs the flagpole and drops to the ground. He then begins to administer the heimlich….but being that the restaurant is right next to a fire station…a fireman shows up and says it is his job…but the cop says he was there first. Maybe the choking victim can be an attractive lady…thus the reason to fight over who will be the hero….all the while the person keeps choking…

A kidnapper kidnaps a child. The police officer follows the kidnapper up the tall building and the kidnapper takes the child and threatens to throw him in the crowd below where the hunky fireman is awaiting with a big jump thing that they put beneath jumpers. The fireman sees the police officer, his nemesis from his college years where he took his only love away. He grabs the radio from the police chief and tells the policeman to make the guy come to him instead of making him feel as if he should throw the child over. The policeman radios back and says, “why don’t you choke on your tic tac.” ……….

Sounds like Pizza Dreams to me!

One thing you could do is have the Policeman jump from the building because he choked on his Tic Tac when he was pursuing an arsonist…

The fireman shows up and is angry at the police for chasing but not stopping the arsonist from starting a fire….

The policeman jumps off the building to distract a suicidal jumper.

The fireman bawls him out for endangering the fire crew that had to catch him because the last jumper they had landed on a fireman and killed him.

The policeman apologizes and offers a Tic Tac(tm) as a peace offering.

Then everyone goes home and watches “Rescue Me” for more ideas.
