how learning from interactive video games are better than textbooks

I did this one when I was in 6th grade. What I did was make 3 houses…popsicle sticks work good…or just pieces of wood and a hot glue gun can work good. But paint the roof of one house white, one black, and one any other color. Put a thermometer inside each house. Shine a light, like a desk lamp, on the houses for a certain amount of time. After the time is up check the thermometers, and record the temps for each house.

The point of this would be to see which house gets the hottest. (which color conducts the most heat).

A different way you could do it is to make one house wood, one like cardboard, and one maybe plastic or something, to see which one conducts heat better.

you can also try showing some oddly colored flowers or leaves. just research on how to.
