Question on density?

A tire has a volume of 3 cubic feet, with pressure of 26 psi and a temp. of 70 F.

What is the density of the air, and weight of air in the tire?

The air density can be determined from the ideal gas law. Once you have calculated this, obtaining the weight is a simple matter.

Questions to ask yourself, is the pressure absolute and are units consistent?
