#1 Put in the verb after the pronoun and then you’ll know.

Mr. Alvarez speaks Spanish better than I (do)/ me (do).

You already know the answer.

For #3, the pronoun is too vague–we don’t know if someone is announcing that someone has just shown up or announcing that they’ve discovered who something belongs to.

#5 Move the pronoun to the front of the sentence: She/her is not the one who caused all the trouble.
