How I got the answer 15/64 is that you just multiply across.

When multiplying fractions use the formula (a/b)(c/d)=ab/cd

so this means that you multiply 3 and 5 and divide by 8 by 8

3×5=15

8×8=64

15/64

also factor out each number first to make sure it is reduced, in this case the factors of 3 are 1 and 3, 5 is 1 and 5, and 8 is 2x2x2. Nothing is in common in this setup so this is your lowest form

Tip to divide fractions use (a/b) / (c/d) = ad/bc (somtimes called cross multiplying)
