Christians do have the breaking of bread which is symbolic of the last supper that Jesus had with the disciples. In my church-the members eat a bit of bread together and take a sip of wine or grape juice. The bread represents the body and the wine or grape juice represents the blood of Jesus. This is called communion. That is the only thing I can think of that is similar to a diet kind of thing. My personal beliefs are very broad. I believe that anyone who prays for good is doing something good for the world. I don’t really care what religion they are. Take care-K

Matthew 15:11 New International Version

“What goes into a man’s mouth does not make him ‘unclean,’ but what comes out of his mouth, that is what makes him ‘unclean.’ ”

I take this to mean; it is not the food that is unclean but the words that flow from you that can make you unclean.

No two people believe the same. I feel if you do not know what is right but trust your higher power to guide you in the right way then lean on that guidance.

There are no dietary restrictions for Christians.

The main belief is that Jesus Christ die for our sins.

By believing in Him and accepting Him as our savior, we will go to Heaven.
