Please help me check my health homework paper? I don’t have spell check on my computer?

any tips are warmly welcomed ^_~

The questions were:

1. how does your calorie intake compare to your caloric expenditure?

2.If you keep this pattern in your diet and daily routine, will you gain or loose weight? How can you tell?

3. What else can you do to improve your daily activity?

My caloric* intake compared to my caloric expenditure is *currently disporportional. I *consume much more calories than I burn during exercise. *Just one example is I consumed 1883 calories in a day, but only burned 397 calories during routine excersize. [It takes 3500 unused calories to make a pound of fat, so in four days of this behavoir I would gain one pound.]

If I keep this pattern in my diet and daily routine, I will surely gain weight*. I, along with many other Americans today, eat so much calorie-*packed junk food without *compensation with equal amounts of excersize. The calories I expend* should increase dramatically if I would like to maintain my weight.

What I can do to improve my physical activity is go out and dance more often.* I love to dance anyway, and *this simple excersize can fit *easily into my daily routine by dancing while brushing my teeth. *Another solution is to walk more briskly in the hallways on the way to class instead of walking slow.
