Please help!! How can I relax??

I am in my last year of college and I am taking 4 courses. 3 of the course have standard multiple choice true/false type tests. This one course I am very worried about. The class is drugs & crime. The teacher doesn’t really do much lecturing, he just tells a lot of stories and may say a couple of sentences with something we may need to know about. But in general, he is definitely not the average teacher that lectures. The test are rediculously constructed. They are broken down into 2 days. Day 1 test consist of 5 diff term definitions BUT, you can’t just give the definition you have to give the significance of it, how it relates to the topic and write some examples. Also, he has 3-4 short essay answer questions. On day 2 of the test is 2 full essays. Keep in mind that class is only 50 min long. I have read all the material, and did all my terms which is no less than 80, but Iam still very worried. The anxiety is really bothering me. How can I pass this class w/ this type of test?

Can you form a study group with others in the class so you can help each other develop answers to possible essay questions? Would the professor give you examplesof essay questions from previous years so you could work on answering them in the time limit? If not, try writing your own essay questions and at least outline how you would answer them. Thinking through the material in this way before the actual exam can be very beneficial.
