Wikipedia is a website that the general public uses to post information on a subject. It is an unreliable source because it will change because someone will discover something different than what is on it. I wouldn’t use it for a paper or cite sources because you don’t know when it was written or who wrote it. I’d take the subject you wanted and searched for some other website for it because Wikipedia is unreliable and shouldn’t be used as a source for a paper.

To be honest, I’m not familiar with the APA system, as my University insists on the Harvard referencing system.

But there’s a section on Wikipedia that shows you show to reference their site:

Or you could use the tool where you can enter the article name & the tool will create the citation reference for you:

Like the previous answerers said though, Wikipedia is not peer-reviewed and really not an ideal source of reference. Have a look through Google Scholar to find similar articles in journals.
