NO!!!!! lol really…dont. That is the first thing i was taught NOT to do in formal writing. If it is informal then you are probably fine but to be safe, i wouldnt.

it all depends on whether your teacher will allow you, but essays are usually stronger when written in third person.
if it is a narration essay, by all means use first person though.

Do you mean “I believe…?” Yes, you can, but your essay will be stronger if you don’t. For example, the statement:
I believe it is wrong to paint squirrels green.
is not as strong as:
It is wrong to paint squirrels green.
