Need Topics for an oral presentation? Easy ones.?
Hi im in grade eight and i need to do an oral presentation for english about anything ! i just need somthing easy so the students will actually litsen, Any ideas?

This is my opinion. My all-time-favourite topic is “Friendship” because i feel it is the best-possible relationship on earth! 🙂 I also feel that anyone can speak on this, and i also suggest that if u speak about this topic, each and every student will listen to you! All the Best, my dear!

Pick something that you really like, so you can talk about it in a knowledgeable way. For example, do you participate in a sport? Talk about your team. Do you play a musical instrument or take dance lessons? Demonstrate your talent. Do you have an exotic animal (not a dog or cat, but a ferret, snake, or something else that everyone doesn’t have). Talk about how you care for it. Have you ever been somewhere that most of your classmates haven’t been (Europe, etc.) Tell them about that. Does one of your relatives have an unusual job? Talk about that.
The more you know and the more interested you are in your topic, the more interested they will be. Audience members hate someone who drones on and on and looks at the floor.

well current events are usually a no brainer. but you want to be careful it is going to be something that other 8th graders are gonna be interested in also. so do yours on Bill Clinton’s love affair with Cigarres. oh and don’t forget to mention Monica Lewinsky.
