i couldnt find much about what were the common values and goals that brought white americans together after the constitution?

Kind of a racist question, isn’t it?
My guess is you had a reading assignment that covered this and you weren’t paying attention.
Here are some standard answers:
1) Individualism
2) Manifest destiny
3) Belief in God
4) Hard work
To that you can add a common desire to oppress people of color. That seems to be what your teacher is looking for and it doesn’t hurt to feed the teacher’s prejudices when you’re looking for a good grade.
