1. Make a mobile of the earth and its parts. It would be 3 dimensional. On each of the parts, you could list the facts.

2. You could make a mini-magazine. Call it Time Magazine’s Planet of the Year. Then each page inside could feature a part of the earth with the facts.

3. Make a poster. Compare the earth to a baseball. On one-half of the poster draw a cut-away of the baseball. On the other half, draw a cut-away diagram of the earth. Then label and list facts about each part of the earth. Then on the baseball, compare its parts to the earth’s parts. The site below shows you the parts of a baseball. Be sure to click on tools of the trade to get to the baseball section. You’ll need to click next a few times to get past the section on the bats and gloves.
