i believe you should write your own speech because only you can say why you want to become secretary and what your goals are. It is truly a personal matter, even if you will be telling the whole school about it. So, why do you think you should be voted secretary? What makes you special? take notes on that and start from there! Good Luck

I hope you are only asking for topics, and not for us to actually write a whole speech for you.
Topics should be created based on something you already know about, or something you’d like to learn more about. What are your hobbies? What are your best subjects in school? What do you do on vacation? You could even find some (clean) secretary jokes and find a way to apply them to yourself.
