metric conversions! please help me?

hey guys wats up? right so for my hw i am supposed to convert things but i need your help because i am not really understanding these problems that well

i need to convert 3.2m into dm (what is dm…deci or deca?)

1.4mm to km

56,450mg to kg.

there are more like that so if you guys could just explain to me how you got the answers to these one i will try to figure out the rest (math method perfered cuz my teacher is strict on the move decimal add zero thing)

also i did this problem but im not sure if its right, can you tell me if it is or isnt? thanks…. 160mL = 160,000L?

if you are going up, then add a zero. if you are going down, then move the decimal one place to the left.
