Math Help PLease! fractions #2!!?

please help simplify and express with positive exponents: xy^-3/x^2y^-2 it reads : xy to the negative 3 power over x to the 2 power times y to the negative 2 power

negative exponents simply mean to flip that particular item. for example 4^-3 power is the same is 1/4^3. if you have 2/4^-3 power then you have 2*4^3 power. It is really not that hard. Just make those changes then cancel where you can. Give it a try and email me the result. I will look at it.
