solve -2x > 6 using the multiplication property of inequalities.

1. x < -12 2. x > 12

When you see this kind of problem, imagine the < sign in your head as the = sign (just for easier to recognize, do not change it permanently) . Then you have -2x>6===>-2x=6

Now it’s easier to do

-2x=6

But remember that you are still doing an inequality kind of problem so remember to change the sign when you divide or multiply inequality.
