It would be better to say:
If practice is canceled or a coach needs to send a message,
(I’m not sure what “get a message through” means, but I’m assuming it means to send a message.)

Make practice lowercase and you’re done, just finish the sentence. You don’t need a comma before the or because there is only two things here. If it were a list of items, more than two, then you would need a comma. There should probably be a comma after through, depending on how you are ending the sentence.
