Is this correct: “In fact Dalton, my next door neighbor and best friend, and I…”?

In regards to comma use. If not, how should it be?

if you are saying that dalton is your best friend i dont think you need to say that hes ur next door neighbor you could just say, “In fact Dalton, my best friend and I” or “In Fact, dalton (my next door neighbor and best friend) and I…” or if you are saying that dalton, you, and your best friend did something you should say “In fact Dalton, my next door neighbor, my best friend and I”
