Is there a way I can clear the spaces in a pasted story without using the backspace button like crazy?
I just got an email from a friend with a story in it and I want to print it out but there are a lot of breaks and spaces in it. Is there a way I can get rid of them with loosing my mind trying to go line by line backspacing?

Try the “replace all” feature of your word processor. Replace all the double spaces with a single space. No need to lose your mind 🙂

Hi…If you’re on Microsoft Word, try going to the toolbar buttons where it allows you to type to the left, right, middle and justify. If you don’t have that button, go to Format, Paragraph, Indents & Spacing’s drop down menu & click on Justify. Oh, highlight your whole work first. Justify will arrange your letter or whatever to look nice n straight but will leave a couple of spaces to do that but they’ll be easier to get rid of instead of so many. Hope this helps!
