Is adolescence a period of conflict, crisis, and struggle or a relatively normal stage of human development?

what is your opinion? does adolescence mean a period of crisis and struggle or is it a relatively normal stage of human development and may be a period of crisis depending on the person’s history and how his parents treated him and raised him?

I believe it’s a period of unstability. It’s a time when the adolescent values the opinions of their peers more than their parents.

By definition, adolescence is a normal stage of human development, no opinion is needed there. In theory, all humans who live long enough go through adolescence, therefore it is a normal stage of human development. Whether a person experiences more struggle and crisis during that stage of their life is something that varies from individual to individual.
