Impressive question. Since you’re asking my opinion, I would have to agree with some of what an ealier poster stated; transparency being one fundamental component. Another would need to be assessed retrospectively – the behavior of the organization. Another would be who is being replaced and by whom.

In my opinion, it would be the integrity of the people. Is trust placed as a high ideal within the company. Do they do things to assist folks to develop trusting relationships.
another thing is transparency. Do they make their decisions behind closed doors or out where everyone can see them?
Another is vulnerability. Do they allow everyone input into the decision making if they want it?
Those are my top ones.
