Erm, are you sure that’s correct? Because if it is, you’ve actually got the note B twice, under the names of B and Cb. They’re the same note. That’s a pretty odd scale if that’s what you really meant.
Edit: we know Cb = C flat. That’s what we’re saying. C flat *is* B.
The closest scale to the one you posted that I can think of is maybe E Phrygian mode, but that wouldn’t have the C flat, C would be natural.

I assume that is a Db, not a Cb (there is no Cb except that its the same as B). Please correct your typo and let me know which flat you meant. But if that were a Db, for the scale to work there would also be a Bb,Ab,Eb too; this major scale would be the Ab scale. There are also some minor scales w/ Db, but never alone, always w/ other flats.
