I have a homework assignment to make a chart and wite a small paper and all the fun stuff 🙁 lol, but their is a couple questions that I need help on to successfully complete my paper the wright way. The homework is to pick a career and explain how you would move up, the career I chose was photography, well In one part of my paper I have to explain the role of organizational incentives and mentoring in developing talent pools, and I have no idea what either of those are, I tried looking it up on the web and in my text book but I can’t find it anywere, I hope someone can please help me, thank you!
