Being a teenager in not easy, physical changes occurs. You may not like some of the changes in your physical body but your brain will be more active. And because of that changes you need to take extra care of your body not only physically but you should also mentally healthy. Eating the right food with the right nutrient will keep you healthy.Taking vitamins, exercise and being sports minded is a great help to your developing body.
Like for breakfast, eat like a princess.
Cereals and milk or pancakes and juice
Lunch…eat like a king
You can eat heavy like what ever meats you want and in any way you cook it.
Dinner….eat like a queen or like a pauper
Vegetable salad will do
and milk before bed time.
This will help you start your article just add some more anything that is worthy enough for the teen age rs to know and learn.Good luck!
And so on so on………….I know what I wrote was pretty bad but you know something like that….
Today in this busy world no one is having time to look at their figure and looks, specially teens.
The teens of their own r preparing for their competitve future
or busy with computer to play video games,to chat etc.in this modern age we hav bcame slem of gadgets which r useful to us but harmful for teens health.teens came acroos the age where several changes take in our body,by disturbing their functions due to your activities led to harmonal disturbances,
diseases like cancer which can b found in teens commonly
which r not good signal for them.they shouldn’t diet but do exercise and take a balance diet like sprouts, milk, avoid junk foods kife chips ,burgers regularly.
“by the way the best way to write any thing is to introduse the object first then its problems which caused due to then the harmful effects and at last its remedy.”
