slope AB=(5-6)/(-6+2)=-1/-4=1/4

y+3=1/4 (x-4)

4y+12=x-4

answer:

-x+4y+16=0

m1.m2=-1

1/4 m=-1

m=-4

y+3=-4(x-4)

-4x+16=y+3
