I’m not quite sure what to write about for my speech.?

I’m a 6th grader, and is running for Historian at the Student Council Election. My speech, posters, and petition are due tommorow morning right during homeroom! I’m not so sure what to write. So far, I have “Good morning, teachers, staff, and fellow students. I am Lily, and I am running for Historian. As Historian, I understand that it will be my job is to take pictures at events and assemblies. It will also be my job to do the scrapbook. I cannot make any promises that I cannot keep, but I will work hard everyday to achieve the goals I am aiming for. I hope to make you all proud!” The beginnign is teh beginning… teh ending sentences are the ending… what else might you suggest to me to write about? I hope to impress everyone, win, and “Be all you can be” (or school motto). I’ll be on the school TVs in front of 8000 people! Plaese help!

Lily,

Tell the people why you want to be the historian. Do you like to organize stuff? Do you like keeping records? Do you like taking notes? If you do then tell the folks why you like doing these things and explain how these skills will help you be the best historian! Good luck.

he’s basically citing a shared memory the two one in each and every of you had. don’t be attentive to what you have been hoping for, even though it is possibly not something. It capacity as a lot if he have been to write down “undergo in concepts while Billy sneezed and farted on an identical time in Math type? That grow to be so humorous! ” Like I suggested, i don’t be attentive to what you have been hoping for, he wrote on your yearbook and that’s it.
