Sounds pretty easy to me.

Begin with the migration of the Native Americans from Asia across the land bridge, migrating into N. America, and then making their way in S. America. When you get to the point in time when the Great Empires (European countries–wiki it) came to America, you can use that and don’t forget to use the Colombian Exchange!

Talk about their beliefs (supernatural beings) and all that good stuff. You could also bold the word you’re supposed to use if you want to be spiffy like that!

Make the essay a chronology, ending with the most modern word/example on your list!
